Located in Las Vegas' Chinatown district, Ichiza Sake House and Japanese Restaurant is a popular stop for many locals, especially those seeking late night eats. Open until 3:00am every night, Ichiza is known for serving izakaya, which basically means "little plates", commonly known as the Japanese version of tapas.

Located about 10 minutes off the Las Vegas Strip, Chinatown is a several block region featuring a number of mini malls filled with a variety of Asian restaurants, markets, and shops. Locals flock there to enjoy authentic cuisine from regions such as Japan, China, and even Vietnam.
Ichiza is nestled upstairs in one of these usually crowded mini malls, and as the night goes on, the wait for a table increases. Although the wait can be 45 minutes to an hour some nights, the food is definitely worth it.
